Eligible Products 

Not all products are available for wholesale pricing due to high supply costs and/or the labor intensive nature of creating some items. At this time we offer the following products wholesale: oyster dishes, oyster clutches, oyster earrings, oyster necklaces, napkin rings, GPS Signs, garland, blessing beads, bottle bracelets, and select ornaments. The wholesale discount will not be applied to any other items in your cart.

Ordering

The minimum wholesale order is $150.00 for first time buyers and $100 for returning customers.

Orders can be placed on our website or by email depending on how you'd like to pay:

• If paying by Credit Card or PayPal, you can check out on our website using your wholesale discount code.
• If you'd like to pay by Check, ACH Deposit or Venmo, please email a list of what you'd like to order to  linda@madeonmaidstone.com and we'll send you an invoice. 

Payment Terms

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. If you require payment terms, please order from our wholesale catalog on Faire.

Shipping

We offer free shipping anywhere in the US or delivery in Mount Pleasant, Charleston and surrounding areas. Orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS. We can not guarantee delivery by a specific date. Delivery time is ultimately managed by the carrier and we no not have control over any delays or issues that occur once the package has shipped.

Production Time

Please allow up to 14 days from the time of your order for completion of items given that all our products are made by hand. Many orders ship sooner, but larger orders, special requests, backordered items, and orders placed during the holiday season may require additional time. Please contact us prior to placing large orders to confirm expected production time. 

Returns

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on wholesale products. However, we will gladly replace any items damaged in transit. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if any items arrive damaged. 

MSRP

Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) for a product is equivalent to the retail price reflected on Made on Maidstone’s website (madeonmaidstone.com). Prices are subject to change without notice. We recommend that wholesale products purchased from Made on Maidstone be sold at the MSRP.  You may price the products over the MSRP, but at no time should your regular price for a product be lower than the MSRP.  Sale prices should not be discounted more than 20% below MSRP.
