Shipping policy

We strive to ship out most orders within 3 business days (M-F). Please allow for additional processing time for custom, personalized and made-to-order items. If production time is expected to take longer than 5 business days, we will contact you via email with an estimated turn-around time.
Most orders are shipped with USPS. When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
Orders of $50 or more qualify for free shipping when the shipping cost is $15 or less. If shipping costs exceed $15, applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout.
Local pick-up is available in North Mount Pleasant for those in the Charleston, SC area. Select local pick-up at checkout, and you’ll receive an email letting you know when your order is ready.
Pineapple Welcome Signs and Palmetto Tree signs can not be shipped and are available for local pickup only.
Delivery time is ultimately managed by the carrier, and we cannot guarantee delivery dates or be responsible for carrier delays once a package has been shipped.
We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.
